After 5 levels and a lot of fun I`m quitting editing. It`s become a chore. I started on my sixth level with loads of ideas but I just don`t have the heart to carry on anymore sadly. I`ve had enough. I need a looooonnggg break from it at least.So I`m afraid there`ll be no more from me in the immediate future. I don`t think I could face anymore .."click,click,clicking on little squares!!!! I need to quit for my sanity!!!  Thanks to all who`ve given me great feedback on my levels though and helped me out. TTFN Will IP: Logged |

I know where you are coming from Will, I have just about had it myself. I think Tower Bridge 2 will be my last.------------------

Yes, you both managed to stay awake longer than I did, because I decided after my third level that I would not really know what to do next and then shifted gears and started playing custom levels and reviewing them and that gave me a whole different set of entertainment and fun - and it still does...I am even at a stage where I have slowly started to touch the editor again with some first ideas for my number 4. So, Will - take your break, if you need it, but stay in touch and if you feel like investing the time you gained into playing and reviewing some levels, that would be just great  P.S.: By the way, in case you are not yet aware, Sash's computer has finally been fixed and I am sure she will be shocked by these announcements up here...

I know exactly what you mean. I ran out of ideas after seven (albeit smallish) levels. That, and major stability problems with my new PCs (having to re-install Windows an average of once per day for the best part of three weeks), I am thinking of taking a long, long, break and just playing.Anyway, have a good rest. ------------------

Yep with you there Will, and i only managed one then started straight away on the second then....bang...nothing. Mike and I kinda do the same thing, build for a bit, then play for a bit, then the koi pond and the long evening's have their own appeal. But I know you'll be back

What's goin' on!!!I leave for a couple of weeks (not of my doing) and total anarchy breaks out. I'm so sad that some of you guys are gonna put your Level Editting skills away (just a hiatus hopefully) but I fully understand why, just as G. Croft said I want to thank all of you for putting out some really brilliant, thrilling places for me to adventure in, just know that all your hours, days, weeks, and months of toiling over your pc's weren't in vain and you all should be so proud of yourselves! Now it's time for you guys to play a heap of the other levels out there and perhaps it may start those juices flowing again, I can hope can't I  IP: Logged |

Well,well the squishy one returns!! Where ya been Missy??????? Yeah I`m packing the whole thing in.(for a bit) If I don`t I`ll start walking funny and swearing at people in shops!! BRM.Well if it`s a simple prj based on the editor wads with no customisation and you email me the prj file I`ll take a look for you. Ulp! Means I have...to...open...that ...darn...thing...ag...ain.......nnnnyyeaAARGH!!!! ------------------

Hi Will,Thanks for the 5 great levels..... Take the break...and hopefully someday you'll we will here from you again. I don't think I will ever build a level myself. It's quite amazing what you guys/girls has build with the level editor. Thanks again Will
