Does anyone know how to slow down the animation on water and lava textures?

I know theres the "W" box for changing the water effect but this doesn't slow the movement on the texture.

Can i do this or do i have to turn off the animated textures altogether an have no movement at all?

I think it was in the script, maybe it's the UVRotate.

Off course you can always do this to slow down an animation:
__________________________
for example, you have this animation:
4-9-5-6-2

to slow down:

4-4-9-9-5-5-6-6-2-2

What I mean is just to double each frame in the animation.
