is it possible to put objects and things from tomb raidder chronicles into the level editor and what sort of program would i need to do that?

You'll need TR2WAD from http://trwad.8m.com You'll also need TRWEST or WADMERGER then. You can get WADMERGER from the same place as TR2WAD
