In the LevelSFX Creator directory, make a backup copy of the Sounds.txt file, then open the original and add

#w

to the four sounds that have the name "DOG" in it. (While you're at it, you can also add

#c

for the Tomb of Seth level which has silent dogs in it as well.)

Save żour changes, then go to DOS prompt and, when you are in the LevelSFX Creator directory (levels~1), type in

pcwadsfx newcity w

This creates new .SAM and .SFX files for the newcity wad. Put these into the wad folder (overwriting the original files). Repeat the procedure for Tomb of Seth (pcwadsfx settomb c).

Post again if you still have problems.

My dogs are Ok in Tomb of Seth, they bark and howl normally. However, in New City I had to make the procedure described, which works.
