Here´s a little problem after a procedure explained step by step.

Where did I go wrong?

Here it goes -

Downloaded all files related to the Movable Block from Tomb Raider Chronicles site...

Opened the Block WAD in StrPix 3, exported the bmp, retextured it, imported the bmp back, saved the WAD...

Opened TRWest, loaded Block WAD as reference, selected the Block (Pushable Object 5), added it to the sethtomb WAD (the one I´m working on, which already contains a couple of objects from other WADs, but was saved with the original name), and saved it...

There´s the Block on the Editor, Ok... Added it to the level, output the WAD... Converted...

Ok... There´s the Block in game! (well, it did not appear dark as the object rgb settings I´ve set)...

But the REAL PROBLEM is:

Lara stands next to it, prepare to push (or sometimes pull) it... and... Freezes in a strange position (like she was really needing a toilet, if you know what I mean)...

Then only DOZY or reload can assume gameplay.

BUT THEN I thought... Oh, Maybe if I use the REVISED Sethtomb WAD and add the block to it. You know, missing animations and blah, blah...

BUT the problem is still there!

So... What is happening?

PLEASE HELP!

THANKS!

I don't really know if I can help you but...
I did the same with my wad (Library) in another sequence: I've first imported the object in my wad, and after I use Strpix3 to change its texture, and it works.

I just used trwest, and she moved it fine, but she could walk right through the block, because tr2wad doesn't fillin the collision info. I hope this gets fixed soon.

Nice sayings i agree with them all. I have downloaded several block files, some you can walk through, some you cant. one which you cant walk through is the one on sage of times site (larahome.wad)put that in your wad with tr west.
