Let's see...
How about a lara all in white with grids (like a tailor's manikin) so others could orient themselves while making new outfits,A Terminnator Lara with metal parts showing through (as an enemy)...
A T-100 liquid terminator with bullet crater on chest and back...
A '60 Lara with wide skirt (West-side story style)
A Leia Organa starwar Lara, with those side-of-the-head buns...
An Illustrated Lara (illustrasted man)
..or even a tatooed Lara...
A Lara with temporary scars (all those enemies, you know) or puck marks...
A Tron-suited Lara (with animated traces...maybe you can use TextureAssign for it (plug-plug))
A southern red-neck Lara with a Rebel flag on a T-Shirt...
A Lara with T-shirts with messages on them...like "I am a bomb expert, if you see me running, try to keep up"...or even a 2600 T-shirt.
A Lara with little animated logo or pager-style patches on chest, belt, fannie, etc (like in that demo level on my www.geocities.comm/richmannsoft/ site)...
A Grunge Lara with clothing all ripped to artistic shreds...
A Lara with a (I forget the movie title) totaly transparent-but-with-just-some-edge-distortion camouflage alien suit and only the eyes showing...
The boarding school uniform for the young Lara...
Lara with a mechanics "jumpsuit" or event a real one...
If you can edit meshes, how about a Mars Lara...a "Alien" loading robot Lara...
A level 4 biohazard containement laboratory Lara with the transparent head bubble... Need anymore?
