Well I only have like 30 rooms but the editor crashes when I use the draw doors button. Does anybody have a remedy besides dont use the draw door button?

I assume that you've textured the rooms because the editor cannot handle to many textures in draw door mode, specially if you rotate or move all the rooms at once. There is no way around this. It is just one of those things that you'll have to put up with. I can only suggest that you save often.
