toko, i cant use it! i tried to move the wad contents into my custom wad with trwest, but it's lacking some animations! what can i do?

If anyone has problems with the animations, i don't know what is wrong! this has happened to me with objects from other levels, (khufu.was etc) this also happenes with the harpoon gun from sage of times website, when i add the gun to my wad, it tells me it can't handle the uzi_anim so i deleted it.

i got a suggestion, do you still have the wad where you first made the rocket? the wad with lara and all the stuff in it? use that for the rocket launcher wad instead of just the rocket animations and the rocket itself ;-)
