I just downloaded the new WADmerger and whenever I try to open a WAD it tells me subscript out of range!!!!!!What do I do?

I have the same problem,

I advise you to not use the Merger.
Use the TR2WAD extract level from levels and convert them into WAS & WAD. Use TRwest afterwards (it works too and has totally NO bugs)
