I placed some sentry guns on the top of a stacked room. While I play the level they don't show up until they are in shooting range of lara.

From here you can't see the sentry guns.

When you get close to them you can see them.

The sentry guns are above three stacked rooms.

NEED HELP

I trigged them before she was even able to see them.

I hate to say that but I'm afraid the distance is too large then.

If you have a large open space and trigger baddies from far away, it is likely to happen that these baddies appear out of thin air when Lara approaches them instead of being visible from afar. I've had that problem in the outside area of my own level.
