I don't know if this has been done before, but the way it seems, the sidecar of the motorbike can be removed extremely easily. There is no collision detection for it anyway, so I tried painting it all transparent in strpix3, but I ran into the following problems:

1. Why the **** won't Strpix change the texture I click!?! RRRG! No! don't change the one on the opposite side, change the one I'm clicking onnn! Gahh! I click some textures and they change, but others don't. anyone else have similar strpix trouble? (won't let me paint the inside of the sidecar!)

2. The motorbike is shiny. Even when transparent, the shine of the motorbike is still there, (same as with tr5 shiny catsuit - the shine is separate) and it makes it look like there is a ghost of a sidecar when the light shifts. Is there a way to get rid of this shine altogether? I won't miss it if it even goes completely.

3. Animations. This part is probably impossible, but it's just cosmetic. When the bike is stopped, lara should put her foot down or something. Is this possible?

(oh, and by the way, my old site is back up but abandoned - http://www.TRLibrary.tripod.com

you need a dxf file with a tiny object, and import it into strpix, replacing the jeep's sidecar, and save it, that's all
