In the manual, it says there are some flip effects that are built in, maybe rain or lara dripping is one of these?

Nope, it lists the flip effects in the manual. Your forgetting that this Level editor was used in TR4, which was set in Egypt, and there was no rain in TR4. Sorry.

But you mustn't belive everything in the manual. Maybe it is a flip effect. Someone test trough all numbers from 0 to 255 maybe or up to 32767 don't know which type they took for their varibles
