It might be possible if you replace the croc with it. And if the animations work

Yeah, it is possible. Just replace the object (i think it is ahmet_mip) with the piranha object. Then in the level you place the fish mesh and when you trigger it the piranhas will appear. The ahmet object only set how the animals in the swarm loook. Don#T place it in the level or it willl crash. And of course the piranhas can fly so you should only use it in areas where there is no place to dive up so that the piranhas can't fly or better said leave the water room

R u talking about the fish from Lara's house and in Sophia Leighs office, because I'm pretty sure they'd be in an animating slot? The pirahna are probably different.

I got the individual fish from TR3 and got them to swim around a tank perfectly, with no animation errors or anything.

If you use the office.tr2 wad using TR2WAD, you can see the fish from her office as individuals, They are pretty small though, I think they were as pistols item ammo, uzi item, uzi item ammo, shotgun item, and shotgun item ammo 2. I exported them into newcity.wad using TRWEST, into the empty anmating slots. Hopw this helps you lot.
