Well I currently have an MP3 that I can easily convert to wav... how can I compress the .WAV files so I can use them for the opening? What program should I use?

Just save it in this format:
ADPCM 44,100Hz 4bit stereo.

Jliboy64 - I do not have a sound recorder in the Accessories folder.

Dhama - I can only save it in 8bit with my program. I used CDEX to convert from MP3 to WAV and then I use AudioView 2 by Voyetra to convert but it only goes from 16 to 8.

you can use Cool Edit for compressing wav files to the correct file format

make sure you save the wav in the Microsoft ADPCM format!
