No offence to any Welsh speakers here but i was born and have lived in Wales all my life and have had to learn Welsh since Infant school and i HAVE TO take it for GCSE's! It is so unfair because it is hard and the soft mutations are stupid and confusing! let me come and live with you, anyone please get me away from here! i am being driven insane by my Welsh teacher who gives us sheets to copy every single lesson! I hope i don't have her next year! when she gets angry she shouts at us in welsh and i don't know what she says! even my english teacher speaks welsh so does my mum and my ancestors am i the only one who dislikes it and can't speak it? I still have 2 more years of it, it is so hard bore da, that is about all i have learnt of it in my life! Help me! i don't want to learn it any more, i want to learn something else which is spoken in another country (welsh is only spoken in wales and i think one more country in america (a small one)) i want to learn Japanese or chinese or something more constructive! how come none of you have to learn it? why am i the unlucky one? I would take the opportunity to learn this language. I would like to learn Latin but just havn't found the time, but I am learning Tibetan and if the current political status of Tibet is anything to go by, Tibetan may well disappear, but not if I can help it. So go on, take your medicine well.

I'm Welsh too and I've gotta take it as well! I couldn't wait to drop it! Then my Welsh teacher said: "Excuse me Lee, Welsh is compulsory..." I was gutted...------------------
