But when Lara fires her guns, the game crashes and returns to my desktop. I've added all of the smoke and gun flash etc, (even the shotgun shell that isn't even in there) but it still crashes... I even tried using a TR4 gunflash and bullets, but it failed.

what might work is exporting her 'parts' and importing them into a TRLE wad and it might work.

And how did you extract it????

I extracted it by making a wad with TR2WAD then putting all the important bits in with TRWEST.

I had this problem and figured all the wads I was making were flawed, then I releaized the defualt sprites weren't there! Just add them and fire away.
