Urm, damn I forgot, but I saw it at www.productivewebpages.com, go there, it explains it, where it talks about the starter WAD, it tells you how to move them I think. Good luck!!------------------ Visit my site: http://www.tombraiderconnection.8k.com UNDER CONSTRUCTION Or Email me james.mcc@btinternet.com IP: Logged |

And if it didn't work then I can't help you. I use the starter WAD when making outfits (you get it from www.productivewebpages.com), because then you can move it about between WADs. Try it, its really useful.------------------ Visit my site: http://www.tombraiderconnection.8k.com UNDER CONSTRUCTION Or Email me james.mcc@btinternet.com IP: Logged |

TRwest works don't know what the problem is? Just open the wad you want the outfit to be in, then load the tut1 wad as the reference. Click lara_skin then add and lara_skin_joints then add. Save the wad and there ya go. I've never had a problem and there is no reason you should.IP: Logged |

try importing with trwest all the objects which are really related to lara. I mean even the amno and all the pickups. I don't remember, but I think that the problem with trwest, I mean the unknown error message, is with one of the arrows, or something stupid with the uzi or revolver. To find out which one is this unknown object (I guess it says only numbers without the name of the object, does it?) simply try one by one all the objects Lara can handle (weapons, amno, but even skin and hair). It is one of those, if I remember well.... or if I DON'T remember well, simply try one by one all the objects until it saves all. The tact is that changing so deeply Lara you are going to meet some wrong animations, as I told you once by email.... ------------------ | |--->> psiko <<---| | DOWNLOAD the TECHNOEGYPTIANS PORTAL http://tombraider.videogame.it/giochi/trle/livelli/tep.zip First level from "Tomb Raider A - The TechnoEgyptians" IP: Logged |

YES! You can use TRWEST to put your outfit into any WAD. You have to open the wad for editing (this is were you want the outfit to go) Then open the reference file. (the wad with the outfit you want) click the below listed items, one at a time, in each window and click replace. do this for LARA, LARA_SKIN, LARA_SKIN_JOINTS, LARA_HOLSTERS_UZIS,... There are a few more dependencies, but TRWEST will tell you what you need when you try to save it. For example, it'll say something like You must have BLACK_SMOKE_EMITTER from your (outfit wad) to make ?????? function. Just read that and replace that also. Remeber that when you're trying to save with TRWEST, you have to type the extension .was.Hope that answers your questions ------------------

JLIBOYlara skin joints causes an error. Not sure why. I tested everything individually. I got a crash out with the skin joints. But I am talking about TR3 lara in this case. The Alydwych wad on the net has a working skin joints so I copied that one in the end. TR4 I just copied across using TRwest. No crash outs. pe@ce MIRAI IP: Logged |
