I have a sound file (about 10 secs long) and I want it to play during a flyby camera sequence. How can I do it?

Trigger the sound on the same square(s) as the flyby trigger.

I assume you know how to trigger sounds...

Rename your audio (it should be compressed- 4bit I believe) as a number, preferably one that you don't care about that already exists in the audio folder. Then just trigger it in your prj.

First goto the TRLE folder, then goto the audio folder. Look for a missing number slot between 0 and 111. You could try "003". Goto start menu... Program files..Accessories... Entertainment... Sound Recorder.

Then open your sound file that you named "003"

Then click "File"..."Save As"

Near the save button is another button called "Change"

For the Format scroll up and choose "Microsoft ADPCM"

Then for the Attributes choose
"44,100 Hz 4 Bit, Stereo 43KB/s

Then save it over the old file as "003". Doing this changes this to the Tomb Raider format. Then put your new sound into the TRLE...AUDIO Folder.

To place the sound into level editor.
Click the text bar next to the trigger button. Then Click the text next to "Trigger" and select "CD" from the list.
Click OK. In the text box next to "CD" type in 103. Click OK. Make sure that the "Type" is "Trigger"

Click OK. Then press on the square that you want to trgger the sound (NOT IN THE PLAN VIEW GRID)and click the pink trigger button.

There thats all there is to it.
