First Download TR2Wad version 1.3 beta 5. Also get TRwest.

You can get TR2wad at http://trwad.tripod.com/Download/TR2WAD.zip

TR2Wad Home Page http://trwad.tripod.com/Tools/TR2WAD/Index.html
You can get TRwest at http://www.jps.net/mikejj/trwest/trwest_v200.zip

Open up TR2wad and go to the data section on the TR5 CD. Open up the level you want and save it as a .was file.

Open the wad in TRwest and click on the object you wan then click on the object that you want to be replaced and click the replace button. To figure out what the objects are open the original wad that you first made with TR2wad in winrooomedit. Put the moveable you want in the animating slot.

Basicly once you have saved it as a .was file from TR2wad you just put the objects in the correct slots with TR2wad.

If you are playing the game and you can walk through an object then download wad merger at the same site as TR2wad.
