I am making a title screen and would like to know how you trigger one camera to start another sequence. I know you have to press 14 in the OCB and trigger the other sequence... blah blah. But it doesn't work! It just starts the first sequence over again. And yes I typed the correct number next to Trigger What.

you actually have to output the file in the title wad for the camera loops to work one after the other.

If you have placed objects from another wad in your .PRJ and want them in your title sequence, you will need to remove the title files to a safe folder. copy the wad files you are are using to a temp folder and rename them to title.xxx (keep the same extensions). Copy and paste these back into the graphics/wads folder. You will also need to set new load camera co-ordinates in the script file. Doing all of the above should get the thing to move from one sequence to the next. (you dont have to set heavy triggers either)

You need to make sure that your first sequence isn't set on a loop. If you press the one shot button in the trigger menu then it won't play in an endless loop.
