this is a VR copy of the main populated area in center of Tokyo. Lara has to run around a bit as the playing area is a big as the real thing.This like playing with Lego!  pe@ce

No, most of them look like they were taken from Nightmare in Vegas, Escape with the Iris/Thirteenth floor, and Thames Wharf/city. I also spy some railings from Antarctica...(Boy, am I good or what?) Great looking screens! I want that level!
(And your right, level editing is just like building with your favourite lego set  )

Hello there!The Textures?
TR hacked ones, plus video capture, plus hand drawn & scanned ones (anime characters)... But I mainly just colour tinted and added a few layers to the original TR textures. One day I'll concentrate on making some 3D models but for now I'll leave that up to you!

Bob,if you have played my last Grand Lodge level,
a different version of that skyline is included (rainy/ dark cloud version)
This one is just before the storm, so clear skies and stars. If you look around the net for 360 PANORAMIC images, you can find many horizon pics.
I used STRPIX & photoshop (to add the city glow and stars)
I used the Karnak mountain horizon (some of them are different sizes) Quite a few horizons to come, perhaps I could stick them up on Jliboys page or something later... pe@ce

You got that right. Minami-guchi (south exit).
I have copied it with a map and video camera.
okay, it's an approximation,
but I have tried fanatically to emulate it with the TR lego bricks. Have you noticed when you start to do VR
how obsessed you can get with copying every detail?
What will it be like in the future when we have super VR systems?!
MIRAI ps. I have only made the area so far, no game in it yet.
