Had that problem a few times.

Check that your file is not Read Only.
If it is, just open the Properties dialog and uncheck that property.

If what you want is to extract the music & sound from TR3 cdaudio.wad file, then use my
CDwad.exe program,

get it from here:

After clicking the right link, look at \herramientas\secundarias

For TR1/Tr2 the CD include regular tracks that can be hear with a cdplayer.
