I have a file that I downloaded and I wanted to play it in TR, but when I trigger it in game, it won't play. I have named it Number(001).wav but I don't know why it won't play.

Your .wav file must be in Microsoft ADPCM format 44100Hz 16b stereo in order to work fine. I use Wave studio to make my own sounds.
