Ok, Tripod have deleted me AGAIN! Except this time they have deleted all my files, not my account. I'm sick of been pissed about by free places so I'm getting a proper place VERY SOON that I have to pay for, at least then I'm sucure. I'll give you the new address very soon! Expect lots more content (cos I will have hundreds of megs) and a cooler design. IP: Logged |

Yeah they did it to me as well, since then Iv'e been fine, but I don't update tripod now, only 3dactionplanet.------------------

why do they do it, this crap really takes the fun out of web designing  ------------------

I've now found a really good place that I know will be reliable. I chatted for about an hour to one of the sales people and my website should be up on Monday.  I'll keep you posted... ------------------

good luck Lara.Or, if you know some italian as once you told me, you can try http://digilander.iol.it it gives unlimited web space, and I think it is more free of mind.... well you can at least only try this... ------------------

taht's exattly want happened to my jliboy65 account at geocities........well, i know a few good hosts, but i heard you already found a host so this might not be so helpful.....1. tombraiderchronicles.com email the webmaster, my current website files are there 2. 3dactionplanet, contact pwhirl, he should know some stuff about this 3. spaceports.com, i have an account there, but never used it, be i heard you get paid for it.........p.s. it's free 4. marhost, i heard alot of peeps use this, it sounds good, i have an account there too (i know, i have an account everywhere)

Tripod are clearly total idiots. Why would they delete your files?? Madness I tell you!! PS tell me the address of your new website when you get it, so I can change the link on my website. At the moment I get a page up saying 'Editor 23 is moving - Tripod is a bunch of ****!!' Way 2 go Lara!!! ------------------
