...well, now that we have some new mods (who I assume will care a little more about what's going on here) I thought I would share my humble opinion as well, so here goes:When I joined the community a few months ago, I did it - as many others - via www.tombraiders.com forums (ah, the good old days), and in there was some good discussion and importantly a lot of questions and answers around the Level Editor itself and - more importantly for me - about Levels and how to progress in them when you are stuck. When I moved over (as many others did) to the Eidos forums upon the 'death' of tombraiders.com, this still sporadically happened but in fact less and less. I still come here because: a. it's good to see what's going on b. I want to see if I can be of help to others c. I want to promote my website d. I pick a up the news when others promote their levels but if I am looking for help on a specific level, I go the German Eidos forum because this one is much better organized for that (you mods may want to check it out and see if you can re-apply ) Just to share my personal perspective. I truly believe it is the members of this forum that make it worthwile, so don't complain - it is in each individuals hands to make the difference... ------------------ HAPPY RAIDING! Michael. c'mon J, give it a rest...I know there has been some troubles here the past few days with the new mods, but I say congrads to the new mods, they have my support I was just as discusted as all of you by the way Grey Mouser worked and it was definitly unfair how he *secretly* picked the new mods, but that's all in the past now! Let's just continue this forum as it suppose to: about Tomb Raider!
------------------ Tomb Raider - Ancient Legends levels (2), walkthroughs, tutorials, wallpapers and other TR goodies on driber.cjb.net !!! new: the full release of the OBJECTS ARCHIVE is out !!! IP: Logged |

I would just like to say, that now this forum has Moderators the only way in which it will change will be for the better. We're not going to delete posts just for the sake of it, or get lots of people kicked out. We're only here to keep an eye on things, you probably won't notice any change in the way this forum is run what so ever. But mainly we're here as a link between you and the Adminastrators, so if you have any problems regarding another member, or if you have any problems at all with what is going on in this forum then let myself, or one of the other moderators know.------------------ IP: Logged |

LOL - GeckoKid,no I have no plans to teach you any German , but as you have seen you can post any question there also in English and people will pick it up and get a reply to you as well. Or use an online translator... ------------------ HAPPY RAIDING! Michael. IP: Logged |

Everybody including the administrators, moderators, and members only want to make the forum a better place. Grey Mouser has already acknowledged that it could have been done differently. His intentions were in the forum's best interests.WBM IP: Logged |
