Subject says it all but i have something to add. I have tried everything to make underneath lara's climbing frame in her home. I have tried making a 3x3 room underneath, adding rooms, flip mapping, everything. But when i go into the gym room i only see black underneath and the only way i see the room underneath the climbing frame is if i go to the top and look down. Anyone got any ideas?

If you have played tomb raider 3, and been to lara's house, she has a gym where you can learn her new moves. well she has two climbing frames, (the thing you climb to get to the monkey bars). Well if you look underneath the climbing frame (inside on the floor) you can see wood. But that wood is in a different room. You have to make a room "underneath" the climbing frame so you dont see black. Did that help. Its not an animation problem.

well I think I got it.... the climbing wall in the room below is NOT a floor....

actually is a CEILING which is lifted DOWN.... so the floor is normally textured, the ceiling even.... and the room above too

but, to put the ceiling square until it "touches" the floor you have to "split" into triangles the floor square or the ceiling square.... or to lift up the floor squares round it....

I got it?

I still only see black underneath the climbing frame but now im just falling through it. In your instructions you said only toggle oppacity in the 3x3 room. You have to toggle oppacity in the gym room so you dont fall through it. Why is it black underneath. I can only see the room when im on top of the climbing frame looking down. can someone help?

Yeah sorry i meant the actual gym and not the 3x3 room.

When you put the floor texture on, in the 3x3 room, you need to make sure the "Double Sided" button is on.

How are you making the actual frame?? Are you using a wall or a raised block??

The only thing i can think of that you are not doing is applying the floor texture on in the 3x3 room with the double sided button on.

If that doesn't work then I am stumped.
