i want to be able to create wads but i get an error message every single time i click save wad as (well not exactly, i click on save wad as and i make a name and i press ok and it gives me an error message and tr west just turns off and doesn't save)

i was wondering if there were any rescritions, e.g limited space

i just load a wad (example...catacomb) and put some animation in there and some other puzzles and stuff and then go into another and insert some there to but i still get the error message.


IS THERE A NUMBER OF OBJECTS YOU HAVE DEFINETLY GOT TO ADD, IF SO WHAT ARE THEY?

ps...PLEASE HELP

No your problem can be fixed rather simple..
Whatever you name the WAD (Ex. Test) always remember to add the .WAS to the end of it.
So if you name the WAD Test... Type in Test.WAS for it to save.
Otherwise you'll get an error and TRWest will crash.

Oh and another problem may be that you need more objects..
For example City's Sixshooter Anim needs a Door from that WAD to in order for it to work.
And TRwest won't save unless you have all the needed objects.
