I know, I used to get that bug too. I don't remember what caused it though, hmmm...

But if you really want to see a mutated Lara, rename Angkor.tr4 to Coastal.tr4 and look around. You will see Lara has two heads in the same place.

Of course this happens, because by renaming ankor.tr4 to costal.tr4, you mix up adult and you Lara. If you would add "YoungLara=enabled" to the costal part of the script, It would be gone.
