Is there anyway of reversing the process of the output wad? cause i deleted my level by accident and i only have it on the output wad file. or could someone create a program to do that?! i am so angry, this was my biggest level and took me 200-300 hrs to complete. please tell me there is, i am felling SO SICK, or someone intelligant create the program!IP: Logged |

I'm really sorry to hear that. There is currently no way of converting a WAD, TOM or any other files into a PRJ file.In the meantime, do not save ANYTHING to your hard drive. Go to www.cnet.com or www.zdnet.com and see if there are any utilities which can un-erase the file that you have just deleted. Good luck. IP: Logged |

will it work for overwritten files that have been that way for a week? cause i just fouund out now and i looked at the progress and it's been a week since i did that part.IP: Logged |

It is extremely unlikely that you will be able to recover any files if you have saved anything since. It depends on how large your hard disk is, and how large the files are that you have been saving since. If any file has replaced the same space on the hard drive (which was previously occupied by the PRJ file you are trying to recover) then it will be corrupted. The only way to find out is to find a recovery program and check to see if it has not been over-written.IP: Logged |
