Please help me - Iīm stuck just in the beginning of level 5. I try to put down the mechanical scarabee but Lara just says "no".

You have collected both parts? one is in level 4, the other is in level 2(through the room on the right at the end of level 3).Make sure sure you have combined the parts and then stand just behind the scarab symbol on the floor to place the clockwork beetle (the beetle finds its path faster this way). ------------------
