Go to the side that you swim to where it looks like you can't get out and grab the side where you can, then either shimmy first and then pull up and backflip to the other side with a twist to grab the other side or straight away backflip and catch, and then shimmy till you can't anymore and repeat the same move from side to side about 3 or 4 times and then you will be able to stand up.Just watch out for that pesky croc that comes out of nowhere!
