Do you guys place your enemies before or after your level is complete? I do it afterwards because all of the environment's done, so I can place them in stragetic spots. This also raises another question: Do you place pickups before or after your level is finished?

I always work room by room (I have made other levels, but they all stank) and place everything in there statics, baddies animatings, pickups...

I do it all at the end Brad, because I already have an idea where they're going to go as I am creating the level. I find doing it that way I don't ever get the 'evil' error anymore.

Hi Brad!

It depends...
If the level has a planning, IŽll make it room by room... If not, first the environment then the items. And sometimes I change many things on the fly, including the WAD and the texture set, as I need new things.

I put enemies and traps in last, but statics, moveables etc... in while I make the room, so I can get a feel of how it will, well, feel!!! I put enemies and traps in last for a simple reason: When testing I hate having to kill the same enemies over, or beat a trap over and over again.
