1. can u make vehicle models?
2. can u make custom guns, gun names, & gun models?
3. can u import weapons from other tr titles?
4. can u change the lara model & skin? (dunno what i would really need to do but i want to give her baggy jeans and im not sure whats involved)

not really, you can only replace the ones in the game and then always have some kind of a bug, retexturing and adding similar new vehicles seems to work

some but then theres bugs with the old skin etc

geckokid did with a pair of camo shorts, of course retexture with the help of strpix
but are limits here too
