i have the aldywch textures from tr3 and iam currently using them for my level, which iam probally about half way through now. i load the textures up and the city textures. (aldywch tga on right and city tga on left)i want a couple of wall textures for the outdoors so i click on some wall textures and overwrite some textures on the aldwych tga(the ones iam not using in my level) and then i save it.

i load up my project and the old tga is still there. i then load up my new tga set but it finishes loading and there is no textures on the texture panel. it is just complete black???????????????

iam sure this should work but tell me what i have done wrong please

This may not be the solution but have you scrolled back up to the top in the texture panel ?

I wasn't sure if you'd checked the scroll bar.
One other thing you could try though, Move the texture set file that you wish to get rid of to somewhere else on your drive and then rename the new texture set file the same as the old texture set file and then re run the editor and load in your level. This should now load in your new texture set.
