First off, excellent work on the latest version... Everything is working like clockwork ( I had some probs with the mesh selection in previous versions/attempts ). Its great being able to view parts of Lara and even easily re-map the textures to change her look.

I had an idea... though I don't know how simple it would be:

Say you want to make an new outfit, or retexture an object. You find the right polygon, turn on the "textures," select a "face" from the polygon and find the corresponding texture mapped to that face. You then copy that texture portion from the pic file, paste it into an editor and make changes, then copy it and paste it back into the original tga.

If you could do this, you could actually "see" in 3D the changes you made as you made them right on the 3D polygon.

In the past, I've altered different wad bmp's back and forth by copying portions of one bmp opened in one app, and pasting them from the clipboard to a second app. I know it sounds good on paper, but could it be done?

I guess that you did not bother reading the doc.

Please, take some time to read the readme.txt file included with the program.

>Say you want to make an new outfit, or >retexture an object. You find the right >polygon, turn on the "textures," select a >"face" from the polygon and find the > corresponding texture mapped to that face.

Yes, Press CTRL+Click over the desired face and strpix will select that texture, even will find at what texture page and will enclose the texture in a box.

>You then copy that texture portion from
>the pic file, paste it into an editor and >make changes, then copy it and paste it back
>into the original tga.

Press the "export" button to save the selected texture to bitmap file, edit the piece with your paint program, then press "import" for put back the newer edited texture piece.

>if you could do this, you could actually >"see" in 3D the changes you made as you >made them right on the 3D polygon.

After imported the edited texture piece all meshes are automaticaly updated.

take a look at this page to learn how to make outfit easily.

As i said in the readme file, if strpix3 does not work well in your computer is because your video card is not compatible with my program.

Look at the readme.txt for advice if you have problems runing strpix3.

In my computer strpix3 NEVER FREEZE, NEVER CRASH, AND IT IS SOOOO FASSST. that is because i have a stable 100% software mode opengl compatible video card.

If you want that i make strpix3 work fine in YOUR COMPUTER, then you only have to go to the shop and buy me the same espesive Video card that you are using and send it to me by DHL mail.
That way i can make changes in the code until not freze/crash in this especifiq video card.
Note that i will keep for my self the video card.

Also send me US$ 20 for buy a pizza and a coke.

Turbo Pascal, can you add this feature? I select a texture from the pages and I ask the program to FIND where that texture is put... then "search again" for the next mesh where that is put... So, if I change a "not easy to find" texture I know what appens to other objects when the same texture is changed.
