Can someone point me in the right direction - I'm interested in adding custom objects.

I have and can use CAD software but need to know if / how you take the output of a CAD proggy and bring it into TRLE - is it using meshes ???

ANy help apreciated - I'm really getting involved in this and I'm keen to contribute some custom textures / objects once I know how to convert them.

what you need is strpix... you save your objects as dxf, and import and texture them with strpix... hope this helps... what cad program are you useing?

I have several but use Imsi turbocad mostly -
However I also have several 3d editors to produce primitive / 'lathe' outputs etc

i.e.

to make a vase you designs the profile of just one edge and rotate it to generate a wireframe

that can then be textured / rendered / ray traced etc.
