Topic: why the **** can't i connect these 2 rooms!!!!!!

i duun owhats going on here but i just can't connect these two rooms for some reason.1 is 6x2 and the floor is -29 i made a room which is 1x1 and i want to connect it to the other room. I made the ceiling -29 and the floor -40 and it just won't connect. i placed it in the right position to connect and it just WON"T. oh and by the way both of them are water rooms. and the 6x2 is a flipmap IP: Logged |

Ahh, that last part is your problem! you have to delete the flip map. (sad, but true) make sure you finish connecting the room to other rooms before you add the flipmaps.[This message has been edited by Tomb_Raider_Nut (edited 08-29-2001).] IP: Logged |

You cannot connect to a flipped room, period.You will have to delete the flip, connect to the normal room them re-create the flip. BTW, this is a horizontal portal, yes? ------------------
