Why don't you just learn html, its not that hard. If you still want a sitebuilder, try http://www.freeservers.com. ------------------

If you type in the search bar "HTML basic tutorial" then it will come up with some really good sites with guides that you can print out.------------------

one word: Dreamweaver!
it's simply the best webpage editor out there and if you want to build your site in hardcore HTML, you can use Dreamweaver's HTML editor
It has many pro functions like advanged search and replace and a HTML cleaner (formatter)------------------

editpad is the perfect site builder, just plain old HTML.------------------
