Scince your a Big TR modeler and such, I turn to you for help lol. In Rhino 3d, and using STRPIX3 How can I get the vertexs and change them and all that so Laras ponytail isnt in the middle of her head? Plz give a somewhat easy explanation a begginer at Rhino3D could use.

this has not much to do with rhino, just do this:

1. make sure you have the ORIGINAL lara's head with the closed mouth, turn the mode into points

2. click each of the 4 points that's around the hole that the ponytail goes into, while you click a point, a number will show on the left-bottom corner of strpix, write this numbber down, do this to all 4 points

3. now, load in your new lara head, click the new points the same way you did, then write the new numbers down

4. go to remap, remap each of the points by entering the old number of a vertice, and a new number of the vertice, do this to all 4 vertices, then your done!

Ok I've managed to edit it, but now when I go to add Lara to my wad, TRWest crashes.

what happens exactly? what you do exactly?

Ponytail has some dependences.

Then htink about that TRWest and STRpix are NOT compatible expecially after... you format!!!! I do not why but every person tells me that after his formattation those two programs create wads which are not usefull anymore.

You can solve this ONLY REMESHING AND REPLACING OBJECTS from original wads with STRpix.

Then you can try the level with that wad. If it works, you can import/export those objects with TRWest in your cusotm wad.

So, the meaning is this: DO NOT edit wads from trwest with strpix. Simply edit original ones with strpix, THEN use trwest.

Hope this helps.

Al what i say is:

Wrong.
That is not the way.
Can you solve this, well i can.
Open trwest and export you skin and joints to An empty wad.
Do what ever you want to do and voila.
Now i really need help with that hair stuff.
