Please post here / email me the URL's of the wads / textures you've been using House and Boat according to TRLE's dialogues. OK - had a quick look using a 'house' wad and tga I hadTextures obviously wrong - moved between rooms in editor then suddenly back at desktop!!! Get back to me soon.
