obc: 62 or 63 not sure. This should do it. This is because these thing are puzzle objects and not coded to be picked up by obc4. Hope this helps.------------------ Ain't never learned!!! IP: Logged |

ok. putt a new gem on the floor. raise it exactly 4 times, else it won't work. Now putt in your obc 68, 63, 62, 65, something in the 60. This must work. It works always when i do it what are you doing wrong.------------------

I have tride everything. I have "stolen" the gem from the Catacombs (the WAD that Dark Fall is built with), raised it 4 clicks, entered 4 in the OCB, tested (didn't work), entered 68, tested (didn't work)...Now the gem lies on the floor with OCB at 0, and I can pick it up. IP: Logged |

Hi, a reasen for the problem can be. When i builded my first level (Catacomb Towers) i placed the crossbow on a pedestal with 4 in the ocb. It didnt work. Later i found out that i had placed a static above it (light shining out of the ceiling). When i took it away she picked it up. When i put the object back she didnt. Well? Have you such static object above it? If it does, thats your problem...IP: Logged |

Maybe that's the reason. I have a torch above the pedestal with the gem. I tried with a "stick-hand-in-wall" switch with the gem inside, it didn't work because of the static object bug you are talking about! It's too bad if I cannot have a torch above the pedestal. It adds to drama and stuff...ok...I will not have a pedestal...Thanx for your help and support. IP: Logged |

Just an idea. If you place a small room on top of this one, just big enough to hold the torch, then move the torch to the upper room, it might work.
