Is it possible to e-mail an unzipped version of a fan-created level to someone? I ran into a little problem while trying to unzip Beneath the Forbidden City and it can't be fixed, so is it possible for someone to be able to e-mail an unzipped version of that level to me? My e-mail is tigergal_127@yahoo.com

It is possible, but it will be a larger file size and take longer to download. I would suggest downloading it again using a download program like 'Download accelerator' or 'Gozilla' to make sure that there are no errors.

I am sorry wiredGIRL, I have now changed it to feature my companion 'Spot'. I hope this is more satisfactory.

Well, I tried to open it up with the wrong program (oh stupid me!) and now it opens all files with that program, so I can't play the level, so I require a version that is already unzipped, so I can load it onto my PC and play it.

Hi tigergal,

Am I right in saying that you have told a different program to open any Zip files? If so, this can be fixed. I'll explain if this is the case.

The best option is to download winzip or if you have already got it reinstall it and that sould overwrite the problem you currently have.

winzip

That's the thing, WinZip didn't overwrite it, so I need either unzipped versions of these levels or a way to fix it, and I can't find one. Either way, all help is appreciated. Yes, Wee Bald Man, this is the case.

Okay - if you have WinZip installed..

First of all:

1) Open WinZip
2) Click on Options
3) Select Configuration
4) Select System tab.
5) Make sure 'Associate WinZip with archives' is selected.

Then:

1) Select a Zipped file (highlight it by left-clicking once on it)
2) Hold down 'SHIFT' key and right-click the file.
3) Select 'Open with..' from the menu which appears.
4) Make sure that 'Always use this program to open files of this type' is selected. Select WinZip as the program to associate with .ZIP file extensions.

Hope this helps.
