iam just starting my new level and i have some ideas. i have made the wad and everything but i have an audio problem. my theme music (background music) is a wav from trc. that wav is gonna play all of the time. but i want to be able to do this...

i want lara to be able to step on a certain trigger and an audio goes off. (which is easy) but i want that audio to play repeatedly. non stop. (instead off the original theme music) because this is in a building and in a secruity building and she breaks in to the secret files some where in the level and i want the wav to go off (the wav is an alarm sounding) so it repeats....

surely you can do this???

Have a read of this: 001434.html

You could also replace one of the atmospheric tracks with your sound file as they occupy slots which are hardcoded to repeat.

Search for more info on this using the Search at the top right hand side of this screen. There are many topics which cover audio in more detail than I have here. Search for "repeat audio".

Hope this is useful,

WBM

I have been looking and looking for how to do this for about two hours and can not find it again. Don't give up if you've not already found the answer I know it's out there.

Try numbering the audio file something like 109 or 112. It needs to be a number in the 100`s to loop.
