Also, how do I combine a custom WAS + custom TGA to get a WAD??
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thankz.

You use the .was and .tga in building your .prj file

You save the .prj and then, from the same menu in TRLE, Output the wad.

You then use tom2PC to convert the .tom file to a .tr4
