Please don't post Cool, Me too etc replies...Those of you that I've already had the opportunity to help know my views on sharing - any tools / advances made WILL BE SHARED with all! I'm interested in talking to fellow TRLE users who have SERIOUS programming skills. I think there is a way to acheive this 'grail' but I don't have the time / resources / skills in the required quantities. I tried to discuss this in a chat room before and, despite having pre-arranged to discuss this very matter, was told it was too heavy a subject for that chat room, and that I was asking too many questions ! I'm not having a go at anyone that was there: If you are interested please mail me as tswippet@hotmail.com giving an indication of your abilities and experience. BE FOREWARNED THAT THIS CHAT WILL BE HEAVY AND TECHNICAL !! well, me and WBM and Brad came up with a part solution, but we've been biding our time hoping a new tool would help our idea...------------------

I don't want to do many more with the LE, but I think my CutSeq viewer and the edited cutscenes are useable.Edited cutscenes for the TR5 title screen: http://trwad.tripod.com/Download/Editcut.zip

OK - here we go!If you haven't joined yet and feel you have ideas / skills that would be helpful please do - email to tswippet@hotmail.com for an invite to the chat.... = = = = = = I suggest we need to consider the following: 1] We need to do this in a democratic & grown up fashion.... 2] We don't want / can't afford for ego's to get bruised or in the way of progress.... 3] We need to co-operate and trust - not compete. 4] We need an agenda - Objective - Structure / Direction 5] We need a Chair person - Any nominations? Objective - keep us all in line / prevent pie fights [ those can be kept for the end of the meeting after the serious stuff is done  ] 6] We need an exchange of ideas to see what has been thought of so far (even the hitherto discounted ideas) 7] We need to know of any developments that have followed on from the initial ideas? Objective - get everyone up to date / speed and 'singing from same song sheet' 8] We need some simple rulez - like not all speaking at once - else it gets confusing Objective - Clarity and again no pie fights during business  9] We need to arrange a time when all / most can participate Objective - Duh! 10] We need someone to keep notes / act as secretary and post minutes to others in group - nominations?
