When I selected a level and finished it/being killed, i am supposed to pop back to my custom title screen. it shows the loading bar and the camera angle of my level (not title one), but when the bar reaches 100% it pops back to windows instead of starting the flyby! help!

Did you name your wad "title"?
Try that maybe.

Does the flyby work when you just start up the game. If it does then it must be that your camera coordinates for your camera angle are wrong somehow.

make sure that your "-" signs are in the right place, that messed me up once.

Because if the flyby works when you just start the game then what I just said MUST be the problem.

Did you run the dos for your new camera angle coordinates?

Is the flyby the crash flyby that you show a picture of?

the camera angle has been working perfectly, you can choose and play levels. but when you are killed or finish a level, instead of starting the flyby again, the camera gets to the place where i put lara in, or just crashes back to windows.

and yes that is the plane crash titlescreen.

yes i did, as i said, some levels(when finished) shows the title screen improperly and some crashes back to the desktop when the loading BAR REACHED 100%.

script seems good.

But check Lara object: if you change her meshes and you have a wad with NO changes for her, the two wads are NOT compatible anymore. So, when the game try to put lara on her start position (at 100% of the bar) the game crashes.

Both if the previous level has the normal lara or the re-meshed one, the next level with a different lara won't be loaded.

what happens is.... back to title from tai shan 1 gets a weird angle which i placed 'lara' in the title 'level'. when i get back to the title from tai shan 2 the title flyby works perfectly. and for sea without waves it crashes back to the desktop (i am 1000% sure the loadcamera works perfectly). i haven't tried the remaining ones yet. but why is this happening?

if you use two different lara, this happens while you pass through levels with different lara becouse the game try to load for the starting position the same condition you had at the end of the previuous level... this means the same object which are in common, (puzzles items and Lara itself). If she is changed, you have that problem. I do not know if this is your case, but this is actually a problem and a possible solution for you.

Gecko, this this:
- temporarily backup your title wadfiles, copy the wadfiles for sea without waves and rename them to title wadfiles (so now the titlescreen and sea without waves are the same wads)
- load the title project and delete any triggers not found you may get when loading the project
- output the TOM file and compile the title level

now load the game, go to sea without waves and back to the title screen, if it works, it's most definitly a wad compatibility problem like psiko said
