For some reason large objects get those funny stalagtites every time I import to strpix. How can I fix it?

You need to press the invert faces when you save. When you open it you also can press invert faces so that when yo save it you don't have to press it.

Yes, I know I have to press invert face - but I didn't make those spikey things coming down from her head. Why do they appear? How can I get rid of them?

I know where the prob is! When exporting in meta you have to check the point "polygon have 4 points" (or something like that )
