I don't believe there is a best ever. Everyone has their own opinion as to what they like.------------------

Agree that both questions can not really be answered in a unique way but of course I am sure everybody has her/his own opinion on it. For me personally there is a list of 'best level makers' out there, in which so far I would inlclude folks like MagPlus, Mirai, Josep Borrut, Psiko, FZ, Will Gell, Smallmoon, Emoo, Fabio Ribeiro, Hokolo, Justin, Rene Brooymans, Monga, and I guess a few more I can just not think of at this very moment (so do not be offended if I missed you) In terms of Levels, I believe the Top30 on my site are by now a good indication of the best levels out there (with 1400+ reviews being a representative database), but seeing that there are about 100 levels with an 8 out of 10 or above rating there are just too many GREAT levels out there to pick the single best one. ------------------
