Are you refering to the sound effects or audio files?

Do you need it to be triggered?
If you just want a sound in the level, use the Effects menu and select Sound. It will give you a list of sounds to choose from.

I want to trigger an explosion sound effect, and I've tried flipeffect 11, but it emits that "magic" little explosion sound from one of the "Demigods" or whatever they're called.

Try sound effect 105.
If that doesn't work, you COULD try 106, but that might not sound as good.
