Are the images in JPEG format with any compression? Have you then compressed them into a Zip file? They shouldn't be too big if you separate them into a few Zip files. Ask folks in the chatbox if you need any further help.

the reason why the images were so huge was because you a lot of useless WHITE in them
in paint, look at the bottom right corner of the screen and you'll see a small blue square, you can use that square to crop the image so you just have the screenshot

hmmm, did that make any sence? lol

anywayz, that's a nice looking level you have there

Overall it looks nice but to make it better I would suggest a couple things:

NEEDS LIGHTING

try to make the big tree textures join tegether better. For the top texture for the tree (above the root texture, hold down CTRL and click on them to mirror image them.
You want your trees to look natural to I highly recomend you do this. Add some vines, plants, mushrooms and stuff to your trees. Try to add more natural stuff to your trees, not just the places where Lara is going to be ( actually I can't say that because I can't see all of both of the trees, but just keep it in mind anyway)

Don't let stretched textures of the same tile me a more compressed one, it messes up the effect. TRY, I know sometimes its not posible but try to keep your textures in a 4 click high square on the walls, like on the tree in the third picture and the wall surrounding it.

For the waterfalls, I would difinitly add some water fall mist. And if you haven't allready done so add the waterfall_loop sound to that area. I use to use that kind of waterfall, but lately I have been using the TR3 animated texure (they work great)
And for the water fall picture, adjust the ambient light setting to make it look more watery.

If you want, I could e-mail you some more tree textures that go with that texture, and you could add them to your texture set.
